Included scope and prerequisites

Know what the evaluation covers.

Proposed included scope

  • One agreed website or channel and a defined question set
  • Owner-approved knowledge, escalation rules and enquiry fields
  • Unknown-answer handling and a saved request for human follow-up
  • Test scenarios, acceptance criteria and a handover guide

What we need from you

  • A named person to approve business information
  • Access to the chosen channel and any agreed CRM/API
  • Support availability, routing owner and fallback contact
  • Agreed request volume, AI usage limits and retention rules

Proof and limitations

Validate the workflow before expanding it.

This is a proposed engagement scope. An AI response is not a confirmed booking or a live human connection. Availability, channels and integrations are confirmed during evaluation.

Agree baseline measures, a test period and acceptance criteria during evaluation. Customer-environment outcomes for this proposed offer are not yet published.

How engagements work

One scoped step at a time.

01

Scoped evaluation / pilot

Assess one workflow using approved examples and access. Agree a baseline, success criteria, dependencies and exclusions. Deliver a workflow map, evaluation findings and an implementation recommendation.

02

Implementation

Build the agreed scope, validate integrations, test failure cases and complete acceptance checks. Agree training, deployment, rollback and handover responsibilities before production rollout.

03

Managed support

Define recurring coverage, incident handling, maintenance and improvement capacity. Review service reports and priorities at an agreed cadence. Fees and third-party usage are stated in the agreement.

Scope and pricing are agreed before delivery. No indicative price is a commitment to a specific scope.

Buyer FAQs

Questions before you start.

What happens when the answer is unknown?

The workflow should explain the uncertainty, request clarification or save a handoff request. It must not invent a price, capability or human availability.

Does this include every channel?

No. The initial scope covers the channel agreed in the proposal. Additional channels, languages and integrations are separately evaluated.
