Information you choose to enter
The default enquiry and project-brief forms ask for your name, email, organization, requirement and optional planning context. Do not include passwords, sensitive personal records or confidential documents.
Default email handoff
In the default configuration, entered details stay in the page until you choose to copy, download or open your email app. Opening the email app prepares a message; the website cannot confirm whether you send it or whether it is received.
Optional connected form
If the owner enables the server intake mode, the form sends the reviewed enquiry to a configured APPNEURAL endpoint, uses Cloudflare Turnstile for verification and stores the submission in the configured database. That deployment requires an approved retention and access policy before activation.
Self-checks, storage and analytics
The AI self-check is calculated in the browser. This build does not install advertising pixels or third-party analytics by default and does not persist form answers in browser storage. Hosting providers and an email service may process their normal operational information.

Use the general contact form for questions about a submitted enquiry. Before production launch, the owner must review this notice against the actual hosting, email, database, anti-spam and retention configuration; no dedicated privacy-request inbox or response deadline is claimed.
