# Implementation Readiness Guide

Before production rollout, confirm:

1. Scope: named workflow, system boundaries, owner and approved changes.
2. Access: least-privilege accounts, vendor permissions and secrets handling.
3. Data: mappings, retention, allowed processing locations and reconciliation.
4. AI: model-provider review, approved knowledge, evaluation cases and human fallback.
5. Tests: normal, edge, duplicate, failure and recovery cases; accessibility and performance.
6. Release: acceptance sign-off, monitoring, rollback and deployment window.
7. Operations: runbooks, training, escalation, support hours and severity definitions.
8. Commercials: ownership/licensing, third-party charges, included effort and exclusions.
9. Measurement: baseline and follow-up period, lead quality and outcome definitions.
10. Exit: data return/deletion, access revocation and responsibility handover.

An unresolved prerequisite is a decision to resolve, not evidence that the system is ready.
